Nitin Bajaj is a seasoned executive with a distinguished career spanning multiple industries, including technology, financial services, and management consulting. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at NeoLync (a JV of Reliance Industries), a next-generation global electronics company; Nitin is responsible for bridging strategic objectives with operational execution, ensuring the organization operates efficiently in a dynamic market. In the course of his career, his responsibilities have included strategic leadership, financial oversight, P&L ownership, process optimization, stakeholder management, and fostering innovation. He also serves on various company boards as a director. He holds an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur and a bachelors degree from Osmania University.
